Booking procedure

After you booked via email or phone, you get a confirmation and an invoice of the total cost. After payment is received, your booking is valid.

Each participant must take out their own travel insurance and cancellation insurance.

Lack of snow, extreme spring flood, fire or other circumstances beyond Farm Backsjöns control, what Farm Backsjön couldn't reasonably expect when the reservation was made, entitling Farm Backsjön to terminate the contract without providing compensation in any form. Nor can Backsjön support held guilty of any strikes.

Each participant must respect the rules and safety procedures. If any person violates the general rules, we are entitled to charge a fee to cover costs.

Cancellation

Cancellation after a valid booking it will be refundable on production of a medical certificate, otherwise a voucher will be sended by email for the total sum.
Cancellations 29-15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged 100%.
All cancellations must be in writing.

Payment
Payment shall be made by bank transfer, swish or online payment possibilities.
